Getting Older

As my birthday draws nearer, I can’t help but feel a little pressed for time. I start thinking about things I need to get done, things that I didn’t expect to have to do at this age. I know I won’t be very old in comparison to how long we are living these days but I didn’t expect to be unmarried at 38. So, change of plans. It happens and I have to work with what I have, not with what I wish I had.
